La Maison d'Aubrac, a Parisian steak house

I appreciate variety but there is something I could eat every day: a big, think, rare, juicy steak.

Beef in France is excellent: the quality and the attention that both butchers and restaurants pay to its preparation exalts the taste and offers a great culinary experience.

Grilled Onglet with Steamed String Beans

Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, La Maison d'Aubrac is a great place to enjoy a steak before a evening stroll on the Champs Elysées.

In order to obtain a very tasty and tender cut of beef careful aging is required, but only meat of the best quality can undergo through this process. At La Maison d'Aubrac beef is aged for at least three weeks, which makes for a very intense flavor and gives it that "melt in your mouth" consistency.

Faux-Filet and Pommes Rissolées

I have to thank my boyfriend for discovering this wonderful steakhouse. I would have never imagined that so near one of the most touristic areas of Paris there would be such an culinary pearl!

Both my onglet and his faux-filet were delicious: 250g of perfectly prepared beef!
